We hired Steve to build our new home and couldn't be happier with our decision. From the initial design phase, the permits, to the final walkthrough, their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and they always made sure we were comfortable with the progress. Steve built our house from ground up, he even built me a custom champagne room! They even took on our backyard build, which is currently underway, and the same high standard of work is being applied to the outdoor space. Highly recommend them for any residential build!

We recently completed a full home remodel with this company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well-managed.

The team was responsive, transparent, and always available to answer questions. They helped guide us through permits, planning, and construction, making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and organized. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project.

A special thank you to Steve, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. His communication throughout the project gave us confidence and peace of mind.

Our home turned out beautifully, and we are so grateful for the hard work and dedication of the entire team. If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers quality work and excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them.

We worked with AV Designs on designing our ADU and had the pleasure of working with Eduardo throughout the process. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Eduardo was professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to thoroughly explain each step, answer our questions, and keep us informed. From start to finish communication was great and we felt comfortable with AV Designs with their experience and knowledge. We look forward to working together again on another project soon.

We recently had our ADU built by AV Builders, and working with Steven and his team was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and Steven was always on top of every detail and need we had along the way.

They handled everything — from designing the ADU and pulling permits to coordinating the right contractors, equipment, and scheduling. What could have been a stressful project ended up feeling smooth and painless because of how organized and responsive they were.

The quality of work and professionalism really showed, and we always felt informed and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Steven and AV Builders to anyone looking to build an ADU or take on a major home project.

After losing our home in the Altadena fires, the rebuilding process felt overwhelming. AV Builders helped us through the planning and permitting phase and made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and helped move our project forward during an incredibly stressful time. Grateful for their support and professionalism throughout the process.
