This project involved the development of a 4,437 SF ground-up home with an attached two-car garage, designed as a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence.

AV Builders was involved from preconstruction through completion, leading the planning, budgeting, and coordination of the permitting process to move the project forward. We worked closely with the design team and city agencies to ensure all requirements were met and approvals were secured.

Throughout construction, our team remained actively involved in project management and coordination, maintaining alignment with the original vision and ensuring the project progressed smoothly from start to finish.
