This project transformed the backyard into a modern outdoor living space designed for entertaining, relaxation, and year-round enjoyment. The scope included the construction of a custom swimming pool and spa, an in-pool lounge with a built-in fire feature, a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, custom water features, architectural lighting, and premium hardscape throughout the property.

Our team managed the project from preconstruction through completion, coordinating every phase of construction, including structural steel, concrete, pool systems, outdoor living spaces, custom finishes, and landscape integration. Every element was carefully planned to create a seamless connection between the pool, outdoor kitchen, entertainment areas, and surrounding landscape.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the homeowners to select materials, finishes, and fixtures that complemented the home’s contemporary architecture while creating a functional space for everyday living and entertaining.
