This project involved the reconstruction of an existing 400 SF garage and the addition of a 400 SF ADU above, designed to serve as a dedicated music studio for the homeowner.
Our team managed the project from the early planning stages through permitting, including architectural design, preparation of city plans, and coordination with the city to obtain approvals. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the client to develop a layout that would provide a comfortable and functional studio environment while integrating well with the existing property.
Once permits were secured, construction began with the rebuilding of the garage structure and the development of the new ADU above. The completed space now provides the client with a private music studio while also adding long-term flexibility and value to the home.
