This project involves a 460 SF addition, a full remodel of the existing home, and the construction of a 790 SF detached ADU, designed to expand the living space and modernize the property while maintaining a cohesive design throughout.

Our team worked closely with the homeowners from the early planning stages, developing the design, preparing the city plans for permitting, and coordinating all of the approvals required to move the project forward. During this phase, we also helped guide design selections and established a realistic construction budget to ensure the project aligned with the client’s goals.

Once permits were secured, we transitioned into construction and are now building the project as the general contractor. The work includes the new addition, a full renovation of the existing home, and the new ADU. The project is currently under construction.
