This project included a 498 SF addition, a complete interior and exterior remodel, and the construction of a new rooftop terrace designed to create an outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining while taking advantage of the home’s surroundings.

While the original plans were prepared by another design team, our role began as the contractor responsible for executing the project. Throughout construction, we also coordinated with the city to process plan revisions and obtain the necessary approvals as updates to the project were made.

In addition to managing construction, we worked closely with the homeowners to assist with material and finish selections, helping ensure that the final result reflected both the design intent and the client’s vision. The project involved the construction of the new addition, the full renovation of the existing home, and the development of the rooftop terrace.
