This project involves the design and reconstruction of a 3,836 SF home with an attached two-car garage, replacing a previous residence that was lost during the fires. The new design expands on the original 2,466 SF home, creating a more functional and modern layout tailored to the client’s needs.
AV Builders is delivering the project through our design-build approach, handling the design, permitting, and construction under one team. We worked closely with the client to develop a new vision for the home while coordinating all approvals required to move the project forward.
The plans have been approved, and the project is scheduled to break ground soon.
