This project involved the development of a 3,500 SF ground-up home featuring both an attached garage and a detached one-car garage, along with a roof deck designed to expand the home’s usable outdoor space.

AV Builders was involved from preconstruction through completion, leading the planning, budgeting, and coordination of the permitting process. We worked closely with the design team and city agencies to ensure approvals were secured and the project moved forward efficiently.

Throughout construction, our team remained actively involved in project management and coordination, helping maintain alignment with the original vision and ensuring the project progressed smoothly from start to finish.
