This project involved the development of a 665 SF two-bedroom attached ADU, created to provide additional rental income for the homeowners while maintaining privacy for the main residence.

To create the new space, we demolished an existing garage and constructed the new ADU with a small addition, allowing the project to reach the final 665 SF layout. During the design phase, we worked closely with the client to develop a floor plan that maximized functionality while preserving a private backyard for the primary home.

AV Builders delivered the project through our design-build approach, completing the design, permitting, and construction under one team from concept through completion.
